Jan 11, 2021 I contacted booking.com on 12/10 to get a refund for a cancelled hotel stay that was supposed to happen 12/18-21. It is now 1/11/21 and I have called 4 times to get the status of my refund as it is not credited back to my account and I keep being hung up on, or being told the 'property needs time to respond' and I am fed up as my CC payment is due or else I will owe interest on the charge.
